Telephone System Installation
When we've helped you choose the right system for your business, we'll install it for you.
We'll put a plan in place to install the system with minimal disruption and no downtime, so you'll always have telephones working during the switchover to a new system.
Once everything is in place, we can train your staff on all the new features before the system goes live with a seamless migration.
We would advise that the switchover is completed, in good time, before the end of the working day and one of our engineers will remain on-site to guide you through any queries you have with your new system.
The typical process for an installation will go something like this:

First, we'll do a site survey

We'll produce a proposal for you

We agree the job and process the order

Together we draw up a project plan and statement of works

The system is installed and tested by our installation team

Any training required takes place

The system goes live

Our engineers spend some time on site to ensure everything runs smoothly

Any further training is booked

One of our engineers will do a follow up visit a couple of weeks later
