We'll put a plan in place to install the system with minimal disruption and no downtime, so you'll always have telephones working during the switchover to a new system.
Once everything is in place, we can train your staff on all the new features before the system goes live with a seamless migration.
We would advise that the switchover is completed, in good time, before the end of the working day and one of our engineers will remain on-site to guide you through any queries you have with your new system.
